1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery times. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will provide a replacement or refund.
